Ed Henry is a broadcast journalist and he is of American nationality. He is a senior white house correspondent who works at Fox News Channel. He is found in the bureau of Washington DC network. He was born in New York, in the city of Queens and he lives in the Maryland in Chevy Chase.

In his biography, he finished the school with the bachelor degree of English in New York State in the city of Loudonville in the college called Siena College. He started the career when he was with Jack Anderson. In the year 2003, he started to offer the political analysis of WMAL Morning News and for Chris Core Show. He was in Two Local radio shows of WMAL in Washington. He worked for Roll Call of Capitol Hill for over eight years and he was writing the column of the newspaper called Heard on The Hill. He was also contributing editor of Washingtonian. He was a member of Board of Trustee of Siena College which is his alma mater.

Ed Henry worked on CNN where he was a moderator for Inside Politics Broadcast and this is the time that Robert Novak decided to storm out of a set in 2005. He was in a live discussion together with James Carville while talking on the Florida Republican Representative called Kathrine Harris who has said that she is going to run for US Senate of 2006. Henry continued with Carville alone in the remaining minutes.

After working under CNN in White House, Ed Henry was promoted and he was given the position of a senior. He was among the three correspondents with Brianna Keilar and Dan Lithian but he was the only senior correspondent. Among the notable moment, of the Barack Obama presidency, he asked the follow up question which Obama had ignored before and it was about AIG Bonus Payment controversy.

When Henry continued to ask the same question, Obama responded that he needs some time to make sure that he knows what he talks about. He was in charge of giving the Live reports on the Hawaiian Vacations for President Obama and he drove in the Las Vegas Courthouse shooting of 2010 and covered the incident for CNN.

In 2011, he said that he was moving from CNN to start working for Fox News Channel as its Chief White House Correspondent. However CNN said that they already told him that they were not renewing his contract. He said that he does not have any regret of having to go to Fox from CNN and that his move was always great.

In 2016, it was announced that he had an affair with a Las Vegas Hostess and he had to go for a leave to solve problems. He got married to Shirley Hung in 2010. His wife is a CNN senior producer. The wedding cake was a replica of White House.
