He was also in charge four stars Scarpetta Hotel in Miami. Now he is a judge at the Chopped show which appears at Food Network.
Scott Conant was born in the year 1971 and he is of American citizenship and Italian for his ethnicity. He grew up in the city of Waterbury, in Connecticut, in the city of United States. He got interested in cooking when he was still young and took the cooking classes from the time he was only 11 years old.
At the age of 15, he attended W.F Kaynor Technical High School to learn about the Culinary Arts. Afterwards, he went to Culinary Institute of America. Scott spent a full year in the country of Germany and then returned to live in United States. In the year 1995, Cesare Casella chose him to become Chef De Cuisine for II Toscanaccio. This is an Upper East Side Tuscan-style restaurant. After one year, Conant went on and revamped two different institutions. They were Chianti at Upper East Side and then Barolo found in Soho.
He worked like the executive chef for the City Eatery found at Bowery in the city of New York. He started also to appear on the television with The Today Show. He became a champion for Chopped All-Stars in its third season. By now, he has already three books under his name.
