Marjorie had already a daughter called Cheryl Lynn Landon gotten from her first marriage. They gave birth to Leslie Ann Landon, Christopher Beau Landon, Shawna Leigh Landon and Michael Landon.
After the divorce, Michael got married to Cindy Clerico who was the makeup artist on the Little House on the Prairie. They gave birth to Sean Matthew Landon and Jennifer Rachel Landon.
Landon father died in the year 1959 because of heart attack. His daughter got involved into the accident in the year 1973 while at the University of Arizona. She was the sole survivor of the accident and got hospitalized because of serious injuries and stayed in the coma for many days. His mother called Peggy died in the year 1981. Landon said that he was a chain smoker and also a heavy drinker. He died because of pancreatic cancer.
