Jenna Bush Hagar; an American news personality, author, teacher, and journalist, was born on 25th November 1981 at Dallas, Texas, U.S., to the President of the U.S.A., George W. Bush and Laura Bush. Hagar, granddaughter of the 41st U.S. President George H.W.Bush, is the younger un-identical twin sister of Barbara. After her father took up the U.S. Presidency, she became first an author, and then a television personality. She took up teaching, and also writing work in 2006 and 2007 respectively.

Personal Life
Jenna was engaged in August 2007 to Henry Chase Hagar who sought permission from President Bush to marry his daughter. Their relationship came into the public domain when they participated together at a White House dinner in November 2005. The wedding was solemnised in a private ceremony on 10th May 2008. Jenna and Henry announced on December 12, 2012, that they had been expecting their first child soon. Their first daughter was born in 2013 in New York City, and was named Margaret Laura “Mila” Hagar. Their 2nd daughter, Poppy Lousie Hagar, was born in August 2015.
Jena is not affiliated to any political party, not even to the Republican Party with which most of her relatives are associated. Both the sisters, Jenna Bush Hagar and Barbara Bush, are proud of being nonpartisan, and declare themselves as independent thinkers.
Career
Jenna Bush, a 2004 graduate in English from UT Austin, started her career as an author by serving as an editor-at-large for the magazine Southern Living after her father’s ascendance as the President of the U.S. She also took up teaching at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School for around a year and a half before leaving Washington D.C. in the summer of 2006. She availed leave of absence from the school to take up internship for Educational Policy Department of UNICEF in Panama, Latin America. After her internship with the UNICEF, she returned to Washington D.C. to resume her assignment with the Charter School.
She started her writing project with the assistance of a Washington Attorney, Robert B. Barnett, in 2007, and her book is entitled Ana’s Story: A Journey of Hope. The book chronicles her experiences and feelings while working with the charities sponsored by the UNICEF in Latin America and Paraguay in 2006. The book was released on 28th September 2007, and her shares of profit go to the UNICEF. She wrote another book entitled “Read All About It” co-authored by her mother, and it was released on 22nd April 2008.
Also, she has showcased her talent as a news correspondent when NBC hired Jena Hagar as a correspondent and contributor for their “Today Show” in August 2009. Presently, she has been working with SEED Public Charter School in Baltimore, Maryland as a part-time reading coordinator, and news correspondent.
