Lis Wiehl, a presently renowned American writer and analysis, was born on 19th August in the year 1961. Her biography began in Washington, D.C., where she drew the first breath in a family of an FBI agent. She also has a brother, named Christopher Wiehl.

Education

At first, Lis Wiehl studied at the West Valley High School. In 1983, she graduated from the Barnard College. Two years later, she obtained a Master’s degree in Literature and Arts after her graduation from the University of Queensland. In 1987, she obtained a Juris Doctor’s degree after studying at the Harvard Law School.

Career Experience

The career of Lis Wiehl began from her job for a highly reputable law firm, named Perkins Cole. After gaining her first working experience, she held a post of the federal prosecutor in the Attorney’s office of the United States, where she worked for a period of five years. However, this was not the only job of hers associated with the government. Lis Wiehl also worked at the House of Representatives of the United States, where she occupied a post of the principal deputy chief of the minority investigative council.

However, she could enjoy much more fame and recognition at the beginning of the 2000s. Exactly in that year, she worked for the media source for the first time. In particular, she worked at the NBC channel on the post of a legal analyst. Nonetheless, she worked at the NBC only for the period of two months, joining the CBS channel later. At the CBS, she worked on the same post.

Yet, she left the CBS channel this time and joined the Fox News in 2001. Since then, she has consistently worked for the channel as a legal analyst. She has also participated in a number of the channel’s programs, including “Your World with Neil Cavuto” and “The O’Reilly Factor.” In addition to that, she has frequently appeared on morning news shows and such shows like “The Kelly File.” Lies Wiehl has been a host of the “Wiehl of Justice” podcast and the “Legal Lis” show. After all, she provided comments on legal issues to “The Radio Factor”, “National Public Radio Program”, and a number of other programs.

Since recently, Lis Wiehl has worked at the University of Washington Law School on the position of an associate professor. She has written 15 fiction and non-fiction books during her career.
