Vanessa Marcil is an American Actress born on 15th October 1968. She is well known for her role as Branda Berret in ‘General Hospital. She was born in Indio California., Vanessa is the youngest daughter of four children. Her parents were Peter Ortiz and Patricia Marcil. Vanessa’s father was Mexican and mother was an American of French. She was brought up in Palm Deserts along with her two elder sisters and an elder brother. Vanessa started acting when she was 8 years old and joined theatre. The actress made her debut from ‘The Rock’, since then she is touching the sky with great acting and precision.

Venessa is the youngest daughter of her parents. She was born in Indio California. She got married to Corey Feldman in 1989 and it ended up in 1993. After that, she married to Carmine Giovinazzo in 2010 which was a private ceremony. In 2011, she was expecting first child but she suffered a miscarriage. In August 2012, the actress filed a divorce due to irreconcilable differences. The final verdict came in March 2013. In April 2015, Vanessa got engaged to deputy Sheriff. After that, she got pregnant and suffered a miscarriage in the seventh month.

Career

Vanessa did her debut in soap opera in 1992, for which she nominated in Daytime Granny award for three years. In 2003, she received an award for Outstanding Support Actor. She also appeared in music in 1993. Most importantly, she made a film debut in ‘The Rock’, which was opposite Nicolas Cage and Sean Connery. The actress did a guest role in high Incident which was produced by Steven Spielberg. After that, she joined Beverly Hills, she only worked for one and a half year with them. In 2003, Vanessa returned to ‘General Hospital’. After that, she joined the popular show of NBC ‘Las Vegas’ as Sam Marquez.
