Ethan Bortnick is also from American who plays the piano, sings melodious music and does compositions. Bortnick was born on 24th December 2000 in Florida. He was born to parents who are Jewish who came from Ukraine as immigrants and also has a younger brother Nathan. Unfortunately Nathan was born with a fatal disease which affected his heart and so he was operated when he was in his third week after birth. Ethan at that time was just 5 years old which is why he knows the troubles regarding the small children being operated at young ages.
His hobbies include drawing, reading, playing sports, watching sports, playing video games, swimming and going to school. Ethan loves to eat and eats a lot at local places when he is travelling. He is just 17 years old and is quite young for marriage.
Career
When he was 9, he created his own concert special and conducted special 90 and 60 minute shows. His shows were rated as number one in 2004-05. He conducted the third national PBS TV concert and special appearances were made by Peter and Bethany Yarrow.
It was under the supervision of music director David Rosenthal. In 2011 when he was 10, he had created a historical record as the youngest lad to make headlines in Las Vegas and also recorded his first music album in Alabama produced by Gary Baker. Bortnick plays the lead musical piece for the movie, ‘Anything is Possible’ and is a child maestro.
He also created a show where he is shown in communication with his 5 musical best friends. It is a musical show which goes on for 22 minutes and is mainly for pre schoolers with an array for entertaining songs, skits and humor. He has participated in a variety of shows and has raised around $50,000,000 as disclosed by Oprah for the poor and the ailing children who in spite of being seriously ill could not afford operations.
The fact that he is doing so much if humanitarian work at this age is extremely comforting. We know that with more people like him our world and the future generation is in safe hands. He has shared the stage with celebrities like Elton John, Beyonce, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli and Reba McEntire.
On 1st April 2014, he was presented with the Next Generation of Hope award by the USO. During the concert called We are the World in Haiti, he worked with the biggest stars of the music industry like Barbara Streisand, Carlos Santana, Celine Dion, Tony Benett.
