Chase Rice is a well known country music songwriter, singer and a reality TV personality who hails from the United States of America. He has also been credited as the co-writer of the hit song “cruise” which was performed by the Florida Georgia Line. Chase Rice then went on to release the EP named Ready Set Roll, which featured the single of the same name on the 15th of October, in the year 2013.

The entire album of complete length was released on the 19th of August, 2014 and was titled Ignite the Night. The album later made it’s debut at #1 of the Billboard Top Country Albums. Chase Rice’s first shot at fame was in the year 2010 when he was a participant on Survivor: Nicaragua and Chase Rice ended up being the runner up on the show.

Personal Life

Chase Rice was born on September 19,1985 in Ormond Beach in the state of Florida, in the united States of America, thereby making him a citizen of the United States of America by birth.

Chase Rice’s upbringing was primarily on a farm located in Asheville in the state of North Carolina, where he was a student at the AC Reynolds High School and went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It was here that he was part of the football team as a linebacker, however Chase Rice was unable to pursue a career in the NFL due to an injury.

Career

Post Graduation, Chase Rice was one of the recruits poised to be a part of the pit crew of Hendrick Motorsports being their rear tire carrier for the Nationwide Series Car of Ryan Newman, later on, Chase Rice even worked with the Sprint Cup Series car belonging to Jimmie Johnson and accomplished two titles along with Lowe’s team.

Chase Rice was shortlisted as a member of the cast of the Reality TV show called Survivor : Nicaragua, in his biography he has claimed that his ability to lands resume at the CBS office was due to a friend at college who was in connect with the television giant.In the year 2015, when the 15th anniversary of the TV show survivor was commemorated, Chase Rice was voted, by the viewers, as the third most attractive amongst the male contestants in the history of the show.

As a young student at college Chase Rice was always inspired by his father to pursue a career in singing, and he began playing the guitar. Friday Nights & Sunday Mornings was the title of his first album and it was launched on the 22nd of April in the year 2010.

Ever since then he has launched three more albums, Dirt Road Communion which was launched in the year 2012, Ignite the Night which was a 2014 release and more recently Chase Rice released his album called Lambs & Lions in the year 2017, on the 17th of November. It is his first album released under the Broken Bow Records
