At first, Val Kilmer studied at the Christian Berkeley Hall School. However, he did not finish it, but continued his studies at the Chatsworth High School and the Hollywood Professional School. When the actor was just 17 years old, he was accepted to study in the Drama Division of the Julliard School, and thus he was the youngest actor to be accepted.

The actor’s career began at the Julliard School, where he was a co-author and a star in the “How It All Began” play.
