Traylor was born on 14th June, 1966 in Orlando, Florida, USA. She has an American nationality and a North American ethnicity. Her mother’s name is Peggy and her father Robert is the founder of a fertilizer and chemical plant in Orlando, Florida, USA.

She was raised in her birthplace and she belonged from a very affluent family. She attended the Lake Highland Preparatory School in Orlando and came out graduating with flying colors. After this, the actress went to the Florida State University where she majored in Communication and Advertising along with English as her minor subject.

Traylor did the Juicy Fruit Chewing gum commercial at childhood and ever since then she has been interested in acting. She has been into marriage for three times. In 1991, she first married an actor named Cameron Hall but they did not stay together for long and got divorced in 1993. They did not have any children.

She then married Christian Navarro in 2003 on the 26th of April but even there she found hard luck and got divorced in 2006. The actress did not have any children in this marriage as well. Soon, Howard found out that she was pregnant and finally gave birth to her son Sabu Howard in November 2006. After this, she got married for the third time to Jarell Portman in 2011 and they both had a son in 2011 and named him Julian Portman. There has been no biography written about her till date.

Career

Traylor started her career by acting in a Juicy Gum commercial when she was in school and got attracted to the entire concept of acting. In 1994, she appeared in one of the episodes of the series called You Will which was a commercial for the AT&T Corporation.

However, the best roles that she has acted in till date would be of Natalie Teeger who was an assistant of Adrian Monk enacted by Tony Shalhoub in the TV series Monk. However, during 1998-2001, the actress was at the peak of her acting career when she bagged the role of the girl in the TV series Two Guys and a Girl and was commonly recognized as Sharon Carter, the character from the series

She has also been seen on sitcoms like Boston Common and Bram & Alice. In 1999, she also starred for the music video of the musical group the Foo Fighters known as “Breakout”. She starred in the film Dirty Work as the romantic lead and also made a guest appearance in the third season of The West Wings. Traylor has a net worth of $2 million as of today.
