Personal Life

Mark was born in New Jersey to former NFL player Mark Ingram Sr.in the year 1989. His dad, Ingram Sr. was a wide receiver and played for the New York Giants. In Ingram’s biography, his mom’s name is Shonda Ingram and he has three sisters; Malia, Mia and Miya Ingram. For his freshman and junior years, Graham went to Grand Blanc Community High School in Michigan and later moved to Flint Southwestern Academy for his senior year. His football career in high school was great as he was a starter for four years and in his final year, Graham had 38 touchdowns and ran 2,546 yards for his team.

Graham, as a cornerback in his high school days, was an impassable defender having 8 interceptions and 84 tackles. With such a record, Ingram was the Area Player of the Year, Saginaw Valley MVP and in his senior year, he was also an All-State selection. Aside from football, Mark was also a sprinter and his personal best in the 100-meter dash was 10.69 seconds and 21.90 in the 200-meter sprint. He was also part of the long jump team at Flint and had a leader record of 7.25 meters.

Looking into Mark’s personal life with regards to his relationship history, he is currently married to Chelsea Diznee Ingram. The couple tied the knot in 2017 and at the moment, Mark is a proud dad of two daughters; Myla Ingram and the other one’s identity is not publicly known. Career

After having a spectacular high school career, Ingram received an athletic scholarship from the University of Alabama Crimson Tide from 2008-2010. With the team, Ingram was able to win the Heisman Trophy and earned a spot at the national championship team.

Professionally, Ingram started off at New Orleans Saints in 2011 when he was the 28th pick in that year’s NFL draft. It can be notably mentioned that his dad was also picked 28th in his playing days by the New York Giants. On July 28th the same year, Ingram decided to wear the number 28 on his jersey in honor of his draft pick number. With the Saints, Ingram signed a four deal worth $7.41 million and a signing bonus of 3.89 million dollars.

Ingram wore the number 28 jersey for two seasons and went back to number 22; the number he wore at Alabama. Mark has had his fair share of trouble having injuries that varied from the shoulder to the heel. Ingram was suspended from football on the 8th of May 2018 after he was found guilty of having taken performance enhancing substances. At the Saints, Ingram has a salary of 4 million dollars and has an estimated net worth of $12 million.
